PRAP Japan, Inc. (JASDAQ:2449) agreed to acquire 92% stake in Precision Marketing, Inc. from Estore Corporation (JASDAQ:4304), Aoshi Takasaki and others on August 20, 2020. As part of the acquisition, PRAP Japan, Inc. will acquire 1,033 shares of Precision Marketing. As of March 31, 2020, Precision Marketing has a total assets of CNY 889 million, net assets of CNY 91 million, sales of CNY 3.3 billion, operating income of CNY 37 million and a net loss of CNY 25 million.

The transaction is expected to close on September 1, 2020.
