Estrella Announces Resignation of Director

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - March 23, 2015) - Estrella International Energy Services Ltd. (TSXV: EEN) (the "Company" or "Estrella"), announces that Warren Levy, a founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Company, has tendered his resignation as a director of Estrella effective immediately. Mr. Levy is working with management to transition several projects he was engaged in on behalf of the Company prior to his resignation.
