ETION (formerly Ansys) specializes in manufacturing, integrating and marketing defense, control and monitoring systems for the defense, railway transport and mining and manufacturing industries sectors. Net sales break down by family of products as follows: - transmission and networking systems (39.1%): for the telecommunication industry; - industrial control systems (30.8%): electronic identification systems, automated maintenance systems, production process control systems, weapon and electro-optical systems etc. - measurement and communication systems (28.2%): for the railways and wagons control and monitoring; - other (1.9%). All net sales are in South Africa.
