ETS Group Limited Appoints Wong Kam Tai as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman and Member of Audit Committee and Risk Management and Internal Control Committee and Member of Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of ETS Group Limited announced that, with effect from 12 January 2017, Mr. Wong Kam Tai has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company. Mr. Wong is currently an Assistant Professor in Accounting of Centennial College. Mr. Wong has also been appointed as the chairman and a member of the audit committee of the Company, the chairman and a member of the risk management and internal control committee of the Company, a member of the remuneration committee of the Company and a member of the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 12 January 2017.
