CORRIGENDUM IN RELATION TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT DATED 24 MAY 2016

Eu Yan Sang International Ltd (the "Company") refers to its announcement dated 24 May 2016 in relation to the commencement of the consent solicitation exercise by the Company in connection with the S$75,000,000 4.10 per cent. fixed rate notes due 2018 comprised in Series 001 issued by the Company pursuant to its S$300,000,000 multicurrency medium term note programme.

The Company wishes to clarify that the reference to "ISIN: SG6SF2000004" in the heading of the said announcement should instead refer to "ISIN: SG56I0993536".

Save for the above, there are no other changes to be made to the said announcement.
