We hereby and within the statutory term inform you that the Company's office has received a notification under Art. 19 (1) of Regulation (EU) № 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, as follows:
By Starcom Holding AD:
On July 7, 2023 - Initial sale under repo agreement with 1,639,890 units. shares at a unit price of BGN 0.940 and maturity under the contract - July 10, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 0.941;
On July 10, 2023 - Initial sale under repo agreement with 1,250,000 units. shares at a unit price of BGN 1.20 and maturity under the contract - October 10, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 1.232;
On July 11, 2023 - Initial sale under repo agreement with 5,545,500 units. shares at a unit price of BGN 0.88 and contract maturity - September 11, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 0.896;
On July 11, 2023 - Initial sale under repo agreement with 1,460,000 units. shares at a unit price of BGN 1.20 and maturity under the contract - October 11, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 1.232.
