Eligible customers can fill out applications to receive federal assistance to help with utility bills. No appointments needed, but customer should bring the following:
Identification
Proof of Income for all permanent individuals in the home who are 18 years or older
Copy of lease (only if Section 8) Copies of utility bills (gas, electric, propane, wood, etc.)
