On June 9, 2023, Joseph R. Trpik Jr., Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and principal accounting officer of Exelon Corporation (“Exelon” or the “Company”), informed the Company that he will depart Exelon on June 29, 2023 to pursue an opportunity outside of Exelon. Robert A. Kleczynski, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Tax Officer, will assume the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Tax and become Exelon's principal accounting officer effective as of June 30, 2023. Mr. Kleczynski, age 54, has served in his current role since February 2020 and had previously served as Vice President and General Tax Officer since April 2018.

In connection with his new role, effective as of June 30, 2023, Mr. Kleczynski's compensation will include a base salary of $500,000, an annual incentive program target opportunity of 60% of his base salary, and a long-term incentive target award valued at $500,000, consistent with the terms of the Exelon .
