Exterran Corporation Announces Management Changes, Effective November 7, 2016

Exterran Corporation (“Exterran” or the “company”) announced the appointment of David A. Barta as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Designate, effective on November 7, 2016. He will succeed Jon C. Biro, who resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 31, 2016. Mr. Biro will assist the company with the transition process as needed.

Mr. Barta joins the company with nearly 30 years of financial and leadership experience. From 2013 until joining the company, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Accudyne Industries. Prior to Accudyne, Mr. Barta served as Chief Financial Officer of Cooper Industries for two years, until he oversaw the sale of the company to Eaton Corporation in 2012.

He joined Cooper from Regal Beloit Corporation, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for six years.

Enerflex US Holdings Inc, formerly Exterran Corporation, is a global systems and process company that offers solutions in the oil, gas, water and power markets. Its segments include contract operations, aftermarket services and product sales. Contract operations segment provides processing, treating, compression and water treatment services through the operation of its natural gas and crude oil production and process equipment, natural gas compression equipment and water treatment equipment. Aftermarket services segment sells parts and components and provide operations, maintenance, repair, overhaul, upgrade, startup and commissioning and reconfiguration services to customers who own their own oil and natural gas compression, production, processing, treating and related equipment. Product sales segment designs, engineers, manufactures, installs and sells equipment used in the treating and processing of crude oil, natural gas, natural gas compression packages and water to its customers.
