ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO EMAS OFFSHORE LIMITEDThe Board of Directors (the "Board") of Ezra Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries and associated companies, the "Group") refers to the announcements released by its subsidiary, EMAS Offshore Limited on 28 February 2017 as well as on 4 March 2017 on SGXNET (the "4 March EOL Announcement").
