Fiat Industrial announces that the following slates of candidates for renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors, which are to be presented to Shareholders at the forthcoming Ordinary General Meeting called for April 8, 2013, have been submitted to the Company.
Exor S.p.A., which owns 30.013% of Fiat Industrial's ordinary shares, submitted the following slate:

Nicoletta Paracchini

Graduate in Management and Business Administration from the University of Turin with a thesis on Mutual Funds. From 1985 to 1991, she worked for Ersel SpA, the Giubergia family's financial holding company, as a financial analyst where she was responsible for analyzing the technical performance of key listed companies. She gained excellent knowledge of financial markets, company valuation and procedures for the listing of equity securities. She has been a fully qualified chartered accountant since 1993 and is currently practising. She is registered as a professional accountant with the "Ordine di Torino" and is an expert and consultant at the Court of Turin and member of the Arbitration Chamber of the Turin Chamber of Commerce.
She is a consultant for numerous corporates and non-profit organizations and holds various positions as a liquidator, statutory auditor and auditor for non-commercial entities. She has valuable experience in extraordinary corporate transactions, tax litigation and gives assistance during tax audits.
Among other things she is a Statutory Auditor for industrial, commercial and financial companies in the Lavazza Group, Oreal Group and Fiat Group, as well as Sicme Motori Srl, Eredi Campidonico SpA and Agricola Perazzo & Bresciani Srl.
She is also Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors at Aston Srl and Argimonia SpA. She is also a candidate for alternate statutory auditor at Banca del Piemonte, Juventus
and Lavazza SpA.
She has recently been appointed Statutory Auditor at Exor SpA.
