The annual meeting of stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") of First Real Estate Investment Trust of New Jersey, Inc. (the "Trust") was held on October 12, 2022. The following matters were submitted to the stockholders of the Trust at the Annual Meeting for their approval:

Election of Directors:

The stockholders of the Trust elected Ronald J. Artinian and Justin F. Meng to serve Directors of the Trust for three-year terms, with the following votes:
