First Steamship Co., Ltd. (TWSE:2601) acquired an additional 12.7% stake in Sandmartin International Holdings Limited (SEHK:482) for HKD 17.5 million on June 25, 2021. As per the transaction, First Steamship Co., Ltd. acquired 41.65 million shares at HKD 0.42 per share. The Board of Directors has passed the resolution for the transaction.
