As Senior Vice President for Five9's Global Partner Organization, Jake is one of 50 individuals recognized by the editors of Channel Futures as a thought leader who has impacted the direction of the IT and communications indirect sales channel in 2024. Jake and his worldwide team are responsible for building and managing a rapidly expanding partner ecosystem. His leadership accomplishments include successful expansion in key markets, successfully creating new routes to market, and building a partner framework that helps Five9's partners expand their practices. As a result, Five9's success in leading the Customer Experience industry continues, having four consecutive quarters of impressive growth.
