Van Eck Associates Corporation signed the share purchase agreement to acquire unknown majority stake in Think ETF Asset Management from BinckBank N.V. (ENXTAM:BINCK), Flow Traders N.V. (ENXTAM:FLOW) and Think ETF's management on January 19, 2018. BinckBank N.V. and Flow Traders N.V. will sell their entire stake and Think ETF's management will retain a small stake in Think ETF Asset Management. Following this sale, Vincent Germyns of BinckBank and Dennis Dijkstra of Flow Traders will step down from Think ETF's' Supervisory Board. The transaction is subject to approval from the Dutch Central Bank. The transaction is expected to be closed by first quarter of 2018.
