Fluxys Belgium SA agreed to acquire 24.1% stake in Open Grid Europe GmbH from Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund IV, L.P. managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets Limited and Halifax Regional Municipality Master Trust.

Fluxys Belgium SA agreed to acquire 24.1% stake in Open Grid Europe GmbH from Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund IV, L.P. managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe) Limited and Halifax Regional Municipality Master Trust on January 27, 2023. The transaction is expected to reach financial close in March 2023, subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals and satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
