2022 CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS

Milan - January 19, 2022 - FNM S.p.A. announces the following corporate events calendar for the financial year 2022 in accordance with Article 2.6.2. paragraph 1 letter b) of the Rules governing the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.:

March 18th, 2022	Board of Directors - Approval of the Consolidated Financial
	Statements and Draft Statutory Financial Statements at December
	31st, 2021
April from 26th to 28th, 2022	Shareholders' Meeting - Approval of the Statutory Financial
	Statements at December 31st, 2021
May 12th, 2022	Board of Directors - Approval of the Interim Financial Report at
	March 31st, 2022
July 29th, 2022	Board of Directors - Approval of the Half-Yearly Financial Report at
	June 30th, 2022
November 10th, 2022	Board of Directors - Approval of the Interim Financial Report at
	September 30th, 2022

With the aim to ensure continuity of information, also in 2022 FNM intends to publish voluntary quarterly financial disclosures (Interim Management Report) in addition to the Annual and Half-Year Financial report, within 45 days of the end of the first and third quarters of the year.

Any changes to the 2022 corporate events calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.

Any presentations/meetings with analysts and investors will be communicated in accordance with current law.

The Company structures its business into three main sectors: Holding, Railway Infrastructure Management and Road Passenger Transport. The Holding sector includes the provision of accounting services; personnel administration; support to the project development; business and legal advice; purchases, tenders and contracts management; human resources management, and communication services, among others. In the Railway Infrastructure Management sector, the Company is active in the management, maintenance and construction of facilities for railway passenger transport in the region of Lombardy, Italy.
