Forest Water Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of 51% stake in Liyoushi Co. Ltd. from Best Key Ltd.

Forest Water Environmental Engineering Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company primarily engaged in the construction of water treatment projects and the maintenance of water treatment operation. The water treatment project contract business includes the construction of the urban sewage sewer system and the industrial wastewater treatment plant. The water treatment operation maintenance includes the operation and maintenance of urban sewage sewer systems and industrial wastewater plants. The Company is also engaged in service concession business. It operates its business mainly in Taiwan.
