UPDATE ON PRISMA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. ("PRISMA TECH")

The board of directors (the "Board") of Forise International Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Company's subsidiary, Prisma Tech, has entered into a new business contract dated 21 September 2021 (the "Contract") for the provision of management consulting services to a logistics company based in the United Arab Emirates to improve the tracking of its container trucks and vehicles. The total management fees payable to Prisma Tech under the Contract amounts to US$186,500.

Notwithstanding that the Contract is dated 21 September 2021, the Board wishes to note that the Group had only received a copy of the final signed Contract on 2 November 2021 due to response from the end customer and administrative delays in return the signed contract to Prisma Tech. We are aware of the new contract had been entered into by Prisma Tech prior to receiving the final signed Contract.

The Company notes that the Contract was entered into in the ordinary course of the Group's business and this announcement is made to provide an update and give more information to the shareholders on Prisma Tech's business.
