On February 28, 2022, Forterra, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

On February 23, 2022, the Company's Board of Directors determined that the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders ("Annual Meeting") will be held virtually on May 17, 2022 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The close of business on March 28, 2022 has been established as the record date for the determination of stockholders who are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.
