Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. at its annual general meeting held on May 11, 2021, elected Michael McShane and John Schmitz as Class III directors to the company's Board of Directors for a term of three years, each to serve until the annual meeting of stockholders in 2024 or until their successors are duly elected and qualified.
