We wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2021 and also to consider, if thought fit, to recommend the final dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2021.
Vide our letter dated December 31, 2021, we had informed you of the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company with effect from January 1, 2022 which shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company as above are declared and filed with the Stock Exchanges.
Accordingly, the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed until February 12, 2022, for all the specified person defined in the Code formulated by the Company, inter-alia, for the purpose of taking on record the Audited Financial Results as above and for recommending the final dividend, if thought fit, in terms of the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
