Freedom Insurance Group Ltd. has completed an IPO in the amount of AUD 15.00 million.

Freedom Insurance Group Limited designs, distributes and administers life insurance products. The Company is also engaged in the distribution of life insurance products, and ongoing administration and management of the life insurance products that it distributes. It distributes a range of life insurance products through the direct channel, including final expenses, accidental death, accidental injury and term life. Its products also include mortgage protection and direct life. In addition, the Company distributes a range of other third-party life insurance products through the indirect channel. It undertakes a range of services and life insurance functions in respect of its products, including policy administration, customer service, fulfillment, administration and information technology (IT); legal and compliance and quality assurance, product development, marketing and lead generation, learning and development, human resources, finance and actuarial and claims administration.
