Reference are made to the announcements of Fuguiniao Co., Ltd. (the "Company") dated 29 September 2017, 23 October 2017 and 11 April 2018 in relation to, among other things, the delay in publication of its interim results for each of the six months ended 30 June 2016 ("2016 Interim Results") and 30 June 2017 ("2017 Interim Results") and the annual results for the year ended 31 December 2016 ("2016 Annual Results") and the announcement of the Company dated 29 March 2018 in relation to the delay in publication of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2017 ("2017 Annual Results"). This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Rules 13.49(1) and 13.49(6) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") (the "Listing Rules").

FURTHER DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF THE INTERIM RESULTS FOR EACH OF THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2016 AND 30 JUNE 2017 AND THE ANNUAL RESULTS FOR EACH OF THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2016 AND 31 DECEMBER 2017

The Board announces that as additional time is required for the Company to finalize its 2016 Interim Results, 2016 Annual Results, 2017 Interim Results and 2017 Annual Results (collectively the "Unpublished Results"), there will be a further delay in publication of the Unpublished Results.

DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF THE INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2018 AND DESPATCH OF THE 2018 INTERIM REPORT

Pursuant to Rules 13.49(6) and 13.48(1) of the Listing Rules, the Company is required to publish a preliminary announcement in respect of its results for the six months ended 30 June 2018 (the "2018 Interim Results") no later than 31 August 2018, and to send the interim report for the same period (the "2018 Interim Report") to its shareholders on or before 30 September 2018.

As a result of the delay in the publication of the Unpublished Results, the publication of the 2018 Interim Results and despatch of the 2018 Interim Report will also be delayed.

Further announcement(s) will be made by the Company in respect of the publication of Unpublished Results and 2018 Interim Results as and when appropriate.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 1 September 2016 and will remain suspended until further notice.
