OVERSEAS REGULATORY ANNOUNCEMENT

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Fuguiniao Co., Ltd. (the "Company") published the "Announcement on the Resolution on the Appointment of PRC Auditors" (the "Announcement") on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 24 July 2018.

As disclosed in the Announcement, among others, in view of the resignation of Zhonghui Certified Public Accountants as the PRC auditors of the Company on 30 May 2018 and to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of Zhonghui Certified Public Accountants, the board of directors of the Company resolved to appoint Da Hua Certified Public Accountants LLP as PRC auditors of the Company for the year 2017 to hold office until the conclusion of the 2019 annual general meeting of the Company.
