Update on Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

Further to the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice sent out on 13 July 2016, the EGM was held on 30 July 2016 and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 were tabled to shareholders. The EGM was held solely for this purpose and no resolutions were tabled.
