Gallantt Ispat Ltd. has informed that in continuation or earner intimation about appointment or Mr. Anurag Kumar Khetan as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company, the company further informed that Mr. Anurag Kumar Khetan has not joined the Company even after several reminders. Appointment of Mr. Anurag Kumar Khetan was effective from the date of appointment (February 03, 2017). Since, Mr. Anurag Kumar Khetan is not joining the Company even after several reminders, Board of Directors of the Company is considering his removal from the post.
