GEMINI CORPORATION EXECUTES A MULTI-YEAR ALLIANCE WITH AN INTERNATIONAL MODULE FABRICATOR

Calgary, Alberta - November 25, 2013 - Gemini Corporation (GKX-TSXV) has executed a multi-year alliance with one of the world's largest module fabricators, Shanghai Morimatsu Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. ("Morimatsu"). Based in Shanghai, China, Morimatsu is a Japanese- owned company that is well-known throughout the global energy and petrochemical industries as a major manufacturer of equipment modules and pressure vessels.
Gemini intends to utilize its expanded Alberta fabrication facility capacity for final assembly, quality assurance testing, staging, and laydown in support of fabrication projects originating from Morimatsu's manufacturing facility in Shanghai and destined for energy industry projects in Canada. The service alliance between Gemini and Morimatsu will take advantage of Gemini's in-market project management capability, quality assurance expertise, and module assembly experience for projects that can benefit from Morimatsu's expansive production capability.
Energy industry producers are looking further afield to find additional capacity and cost- effectiveness to support major capital projects and are actively engaging international manufacturers. Gemini's alliance with Morimatsu to support Canadian projects creates a relevant and differentiated value offer for module fabrication. This also positions Gemini to enhance its growth prospects by securing larger scopes of fabrication work in those situations where offshore supply is being sought by its clients.
"We are serious about delivering our services in new and innovative ways", stated Doug Lautermilch, Gemini's President and CEO. "International competition in the Canadian energy market is continuing to evolve and we are positioning our organization to embrace these changes as an in-market integrator in order to effectively service our clients."
