GETBUSY PLC CORRECTION: Director/PDMR Shareholding
The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 7 August 2018 at 12:11pm under RNS No 0831X.
In section 4 b) of the PDMR form this should read 'Sale of Ordinary Shares' not 'Purchase of Ordinary Shares' as previously stated.
All other details remain unchanged.

GetBusy today announces that Matthew Butler, the Company's Chief Marketing Officer, has informed the Company that on 6 August 2018 he sold ordinary shares of 0.15 pencein the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 57.0p per share.Following this sale Matthew Butler no longer holds any Ordinary Shares. Matthew Butler has options over 581,749 Ordinary Shares currently representing 1.2% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
