Hollywood Production Company to Represent Getfugu's Mobile
"Hot-Spotting" in Entertainment Sector

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - April 21, 2009) - Getfugu Inc.
(OTCBB: GFGU), the next generation mobile search tool, has signed a
deal with premier production company CP Productions, the company
responsible for successes such as "How to Lose A Guy in 10 Days," one
of the highest grossing romantic comedies of all time that grossed a
half a billion dollars worldwide, and award winning films such as
"Before the Devil Knows You're Dead" from legendary director Sidney
Lumet and starring Academy Award winning actors Phillip Seymour
Hoffman and Marisa Tomei.

Under the terms of the agreement CP Productions will become Getfugu's
agent for its "Hot-Spotting" technology to the entertainment
industry, providing Getfugu with premier and exclusive deals to
further enhance its distribution platform.

"Hot-Spotting" provides advertisers and content providers with a
unique new way to monetize their marketing efforts, allowing the
consumer to purchase or retrieve information on any item featured in
a video simply by touching it on the screen of any touch-screen
phone. CP Productions' Christine Peters and Michael Cerenzie will be
spearheading the partnership with Getfugu, and are already in talks
with a number of leading networks, production and content companies.
The platform will cover the key genres of fashion, celebrity, music,
sports and comedy -- topics that today's wired world want readily
available at their fingertips. Additionally, Christine Peters has
been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for Getfugu,
effective immediately.

"We are thrilled to be entering into this partnership with the
extremely talented people at Getfugu. We know there is huge potential
for this company's technologies within the entertainment industry. We
believe 'Hot-Spotting' will become the ultimate mobile entertainment
service and we are very excited about it," stated CP Productions'
principals Christine Peters and Michael Cerenzie.

Led by CEO Bernie Stolar, former Game Evangelist at Google Inc,
Getfugu is set to launch in Fall 2009. Phones with Getfugu installed
will provide consumers with a completely new experience in web
browsing and e-commerce. Offering four unique services -- See it
(ARL), Say it (VRL), Find It (GRL) and Get It (Hot-Spotting), Getfugu
offers the simplest and most convenient means to retrieve the
information you seek and make the purchases you want from the palm of
your hand.

Getfugu's CEO, Bernie Stolar, stated, "Expanding our mobile
distribution platform is an important step for Getfugu and we are
delighted to be doing this in partnership with CP Productions. Both
Christine and Michael bring years of experience, knowledge and
contacts in the entertainment industry. They have already begun
negotiations with major Hollywood studios for use of our technology."
