GHL Systems Berhad Announces Resignation of Datuk Kamaruddin Bin Taib as Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee

GHL Systems Berhad is an investment holding company that is engaged in developing and selling in-house software programs, the sale and rental of electronic data capture (EDC) equipment and its related software and services, inclusive of installation, training and maintenance. The Company’s segments include Transaction Payment Acquisition (TPA), Shared Services and Solution Services. Its TPA segment comprises two sub segments: merchant acquiring and electronic payment services (Electronic Payment Services), and e-pay services, which include Telco prepaid and other credit top-up facilities and bill collection services for consumers (Reload and Collection Services). Its Shared Services segment comprises the sale, rental, and maintenance of EDC terminals and other payment acceptance devices. Its Solution Services segment comprises proprietary payment solutions, which include customized online platforms, loan collections, loyalty systems and other bank or merchant-specific applications.
