Orascom Telecom Holding has Changed its Name to Global Telecom Holding S.A.E

Global Telecom Holding SAE (GTH) is an Egypt-based company which is primarily engaged in providing mobile telecommunication services. The Company operates in nine countries and provide infrastructure, connectivity and digital services to a combined population of approximately 680 million people. Its mobile business activity primarily includes the provision of wireless telecommunication services to the customers and other operators, and its Internet and other services business activity primarily includes all activities for providing wire line telecommunication services, broadband and consumer Internet. The Company’s subsidiaries include GTH Handset Investment, Data Base Management Services Limited, among others.
