GMO Pepabo, Inc. announced consolidated earnings results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020. For the year, the company reported net sales of JPY 11,014 million against JPY 8,943 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 927 million against JPY 783 million a year ago. Ordinary profit was JPY 983 million against JPY 835 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 829 million against JPY 542 million a year ago. Basic Earnings per share was JPY 159.07 against JPY 104.11 a year ago. Diluted Earnings per share was JPY 157.86 against JPY 103.24 a year ago.
GMO Pepabo, Inc. is principally engaged in the provision of low-priced Internet services to individuals. The Company operates in three business segments. The Hosting segment provides rental servers and domain acquisition services related to domain acquisition and utilization. The Electronic Commerce (EC) Support segment provides online shop opening and creation services that support the operation of e-commerce. The Hand-made segment is involved in the provision of handmade market services. The Company is also engaged in Internet advertising and media business.
