Dear Sir(s),

We wish to inform the Exchange that the term of office of Mr. Jagmohan Chhabra (DIN: 01007714) as Whole-time Director designated 'Executive Director' ended on 31st March 2022 and consequently he ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 1st April 2022.

The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company would like to place on record their deep appreciation for the contribution made by Mr. Jagmohan Chhabra during his association of 12 years with the Company as an Executive Director.

The Board, based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) has decided to appoint Mr. Jagmohan Chhabra (DIN: 01007714) as Additional Director (Non-executive) effective 1st April 2022. It was decided that Mr. Chhabra's immediate experience as Executive Director would ensure. smooth transition of the Executive Management.

Consequent to the expiry of the term of Mr. Jagmohan Chhabra as the Executive Director, the Board after considering the recommendations of the NRC has decided to appoint Mr. Anupam Mishra as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company effective 14" April, 2022.

The details as required under SEB1 (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEB1 Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015, is given in the Annexure 'A' to 'C' to this letter.
