Golden Share Resources Corporation Completes a Diamond Drill Program Comprised of One Drill Hole to Test an Airborne VTEM™

Golden Share Resources Corporation is a Canada-based natural resource company focused on Northern Ontario, Canada. The Company's primary assets are the Ogoki Project (diamonds), and the Kagiami Project (base metals). The Ogoki Project and Kagiami Project are located in the James Bay Lowlands of Ontario. The Ogoki Project is comprised of approximately 10 non-contiguous claim blocks with 30 mining claims. The Kagiami Project is comprised of approximately four small non-contiguous blocks comprising 45 mining claims. Its other projects include Petawanga Project and Band-Ore Project. The Petawanga project is located approximately 125 kilometers (km) north of Lake Nipigon in Northern Ontario. The Band-Ore Project is located approximately 65 km west of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
