Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. approved Carmine Rossetti?s appointment as Treasurer and principal financial officer of the Company. The Board has determined that Mr. Rossetti?s appointment will be effective as of November 8, 2021. Mr. Rossetti has also been appointed as Treasurer and principal financial officer of Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit LLC and Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit II LLC effective as of November 8, 2021.
Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. is a specialty finance company focused on lending to middle-market companies. The Company seeks to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, capital appreciation primarily through direct originations of secured debt, including first lien, first lien/last-out unitranche and second lien debt, and unsecured debt, including mezzanine debt, as well as through select equity investments.
