The Supervisory Board has appointed Mrs. Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle as a member of the Executive Board of the Société des Produits Marnier-Lapostolle, effective as of January 1, 2015.

During her career, Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle founded Lapostolle, Chile, in 1994, a wine producing company, which has received numerous international awards for its wines, including a first place in the ranking of Wine Spectator for the Clos Apalta 2005.

In 2008, she was elected President of Marnier-Lapostolle, Inc., the American subsidiary of the Company in charge of the development of the Distribution of the Group's products in North America, which represents 70% of the Global sales.
