RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

CHANGE OF COMPOSITION OF COMMITTEES OF THE BOARD

The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of Vision Fame International Holding Limited (the ''Company'', which together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') would like to announce the following:

RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

On 27 August 2020, Mr. Xie Xiaotao (''Mr. Xie'') has tendered his resignation as an executive Director with effect from 27 August 2020 due to his other business engagements which require more of his attention and dedication. Mr. Xie has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters in respect of his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

CHANGE OF COMPOSITION OF COMMITTEES OF THE BOARD

Following the resignation of Mr. Xie, Mr. Xie ceased to be a member of each of the nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the Company with effect from 27 August 2020.

The Board wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Xie for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
