CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND STOCK SHORT NAME

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed from "China Polymetallic Mining Limited" to "Greenway Mining Group Limited", and has adopted the Chinese name of "信盛礦業集團有限公司" for identification purpose only in place of its existing Chinese name "中國多金屬礦業有限公司".

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAME

The stock short name for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "CH POLYMETAL" to "GREENWAY MINING" in English and from "中國多金屬" to "信盛礦業" in Chinese, both with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 9 July 2019. The stock code of the Company on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "2133".

Reference is made to the announcement of Greenway Mining Group Limited (formerly known as "China Polymetallic Mining Limited") (the "Company") dated 24 April 2019, the circular of the Company dated 30 April 2019 (the "Circular") and the announcement of the Company dated 31 May 2019 in relation to the poll results of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board is pleased to announce that following the passing of a special resolution approving the Change of Company Name by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 31 May 2019, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands has approved the registration of the new name of the Company and issued the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name on 5 June 2019. Hence, the English name of the Company has been changed from "China Polymetallic Mining Limited" to

"Greenway Mining Group Limited" and the Chinese name "信盛礦業集團有限公司" has been adopted for identification purpose only in place of its exiting Chinese name "中國多金屬礦業有限公 司" with effect from 5 June 2019.

The Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) on 27 June 2019.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAME

Following the Change of Company Name becoming effective, the stock short name for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "CH POLYMETAL" to "GREENWAY MINING" in English and from "中國多金屬" to "信盛礦業" in Chinese, both with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 9 July 2019. The stock code of the Company on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "2133".

EFFECT OF THE CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Change of Company Name will not, of itself, affect any rights of the Shareholders. All existing share certificates of the Company bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be good evidence of legal title to the Shares and will remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for free exchange of existing share certificates of the Company for new share certificates bearing the new name of the Company. New share certificates will be issued under the new name of the Company.
