GROGENESIS, INC. GroGenesis, Inc. announced the appointments of Mr. Ron Evinou (CPA, CMA, P Log.), to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Dr. Steven T. Lund (Ph.D., P.M.P.) as Science Consultant. Mr. Evinou comes from diverse business leadership background in agriculture, distribution and manufacturing, most recently as CFO, in the area of mergers and acquisitions for a highly successful John Deere dealer group and as a dealer member/advisor for three years to bi-annual meetings with Deere Ltd. in USA. During this period, the business grew 300%.
Dr. Lund will be reporting directly to Dr. Helen Keenan, GroGenesis Senior Scientific Consultant, and is a research scientist and project leader with over 20 years of experience in horticulture, plant analytical chemistry, and microbiology, as well as over 10 years of experience in project management. He is President of Herb Assure Consulting Corporation, which provides quality assurance services for the natural health products industry.
