GSI Commerce (Nasdaq: GSIC) Global Marketing Services has ranked in the "Top 15 U.S. Largest Digital Agencies" by Advertising Age in its recently released 2011 Agency Report, an annual report of the top advertising agencies by revenue. GSI's Global Marketing Services division includes a portfolio of eight companies that provide a comprehensive set of interactive marketing solutions to help clients drive customer acquisition, conversion and loyalty across multiple channels, integrated through the TrueAction NetworkTM.

The 2011 Ad Age Agency Report was compiled via the Ad Age DataCenter. Based on revenue from 2010, GSI's Global Marketing Services was ranked number 12 in the U.S. and number 36 worldwide among more than 910 advertising, marketing-services and digital media agencies. GSI's rankings increased over its 2010 rankings among both the largest U.S. digital agencies and worldwide agencies.

GSI's Global Marketing Services division contributed annual revenue of $189.9 million in 2010, a 49 percent increase over 2009 revenue of $127.6 million.
