Hankyu Hanshin REIT, Inc. announced that it has completed the transfer and acquisition of the following assets described in "Notice Concerning Acquisition and Transfer of Domestic Real Estate Trust Beneficiary Interest" announced on October 18, 2021. Summary of the Asset Transferred: Asset name: Sphere Tower Tennozu (equivalent of 33% quasi co-ownership); Date of transfer: December 10,2021; Location: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Type of specified asset: Trust beneficiary interest; Transfer price (Note): JPY 8,600 million. Summary of the Asset Acquired: Asset name: H-CUBE MINAMIAOYAMA; Date of acquisition: December 14,2021; Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Type of specified asset: Trust beneficiary interest; Acquisition price (Note): JPY 6,650 million.
