Hellenic Cables S.A. Holdings Societe Anonyme (hereinafter "Hellenic Cables Holdings") announces to the public that, following the registration, on October 17, 2016, in the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) of the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism, of the common draft terms of the cross-border merger, dated 26 September 2016, by absorption of Hellenic Cables Holdings and the company under the trade name "Corinth Pipeworks Holdings S.A." by the Belgian company Cenergy Holdings SA, the following documents are placed at the shareholders' disposal at Hellenic Cables Holdings' registered office, 2-4 Mesogeion Ave., Pyrgos Athinon, Building B:
The Common Draft Terms of the Cross-Border Merger, dated 26 September 2016.
The relevant Reports of the Board of Directors of the merging companies.
The report of the common independent expert, Belgian audit firm, "Mazars Advisory Services BVBA".
The annual financial statements, the annual reports of the Board of Directors and the reports of the auditor of the last three financial years of the merging companies.
The interim financial statements as at 31 July 2016 of each merging company.
