Hellermanntyton : Director/PDMR Shareholding REPLACEMENT

The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 19 March 2015 at 16.35 under RNS No 9546H.

The shareholding figure for C Niemann in the table at point 22 was incorrect and has been changed from 893,604 to 844,638. This has changed the total figure for C Niemann from 1,303,954 to 1,254,988.

All other details remain unchanged.
