Henderson High Income Trust plc Appoints Penny Lovell as A Director

Henderson High Income Trust plc is a United Kingdom-based investment company. The Company's investment objective is to invest in a prudently diversified selection of both well-known and smaller companies to provide investors with a high dividend income stream while also maintaining the prospect of capital growth.
