Science City (GZ) Investment Group CO., LTD. signed a Share Transfer Agreement to acquire a 29.96% stake in Heren Health Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300550) from Hangzhou Panyuan Investment Co., Ltd. for CNY 1.1 billion on December 14, 2021. As part of the transaction, Science City (GZ) Investment will acquire 79.4 million shares in Heren Health. Post transaction, Science City (GZ) Investment will hold 29. 96% stake and Hangzhou Panyuan owns 13.98% stake in Heren Health. Science City (GZ) Investment Group CO., LTD. will become the controlling shareholder of Heren Health, and the Management Committee of Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone will become the actual controller of Heren Health. Recently, Science City (GZ) Investment received the Decision on No Further Review of the Anti-monopoly Review from issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation.
Science City (GZ) Investment Group CO., LTD. cancelled the acquisition of a 29.96% stake in Heren Health Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300550) from Hangzhou Panyuan Investment Co., Ltd. on May 14, 2022. As of the announcement date, the effective period of the contract stipulated in the "Share Transfer Agreement" and the "Supplementary Agreement to the Share Transfer Agreement" has expired and all the effective conditions have not been fulfilled. Therefore the transaction has been terminated.

The business is comprised of clinical information systems and city smart medical solutions.
