CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Directors of HG Metal Manufacturing Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Sim Yok Teng as Company Secretary of the Company in place of Mr Rayaprolu Srikanth with effect from 14 January 2022.

Following the aforesaid change, the Company Secretaries of the Company are as follows:
