NOTICE OF RECORD DATE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of HG Metal Manufacturing Limited (the "Company") will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 5 May 2023 (the "Record Date") for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to the final (tax exempt one-tier) dividend of 2.5 Singapore cents (S$0.025) per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (the "Dividend"), which was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 26 April 2023.

Duly completed and stamped registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited, 112 Robinson Road, #05-01, Singapore 068902 up to 5.00 p.m. on 5 May 2023 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the Dividend.

Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 5 May 2023 will be entitled to the Dividend.

Payment of the Dividend will be made on 31 May 2023.
