High Performance Beverage Co. announced the appointment of Mr. Joseph W. Abrams to their Advisory Board. Joseph W. Abrams is well known as one of the original co-founders of personal computer software pioneer, The Software Toolworks, which was sold to Pearson, Plc in 1994 for $462 milllion.

Mr. Abrams also co-founded Intermix, the parent company of MySpace in 1998. Over the years, Mr. Abrams has obtained an expertise in helping early-stage, publicly held technology companies reach the next phase of growth. He also specializes in working with micro-cap and small-cap companies in order to build shareholder value.

Mr. Abrams currently sits on several Executive and Advisory Boards and also works in various advisory capacities for several well-known private and public companies.
