HIGHBRIDGE TACTICAL CREDIT FD BlueCrest AllBlue Fund Limited announce the appointment of Sarita Keen as an independent non-executive director with effect from 3 June 2015. Sarita (aged 47) brings significant experience of fund administration of Guernsey companies. Her experience spans over twenty five years in the Guernsey fund services industry.
She is an Approved Person with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and a Member of the Institute of Directors. Sarita holds a number of non-executive positions for various companies and, as part of this, chairs or is a member of those companies audit, risk and nominations committees. She is resident in Guernsey.
